Licensor: DaveeDeCoder (DDC)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”, “User”, “Customer”) and DaveeDeCoder (“DDC”, “Licensor”, “we”, “us”).
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any digital product from DaveeDeCoder, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the product.
Upon purchase, DDC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the product in accordance with the license type purchased.
This is a license — not a transfer of ownership.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by DDC.
You may:
Use the product in one single end project
Modify the product for that specific project
Deploy it for personal or commercial use in that single instance
You may NOT:
Use the product for multiple projects
Redistribute the product
Resell or sublicense the product
Share source files
Each additional project requires a separate license purchase.
You may:
Use the product in multiple projects
Use it in client projects
Modify it for commercial deployment
Deploy it on multiple domains
You may NOT:
Resell the product as a standalone product
Distribute source code publicly
Claim ownership of the original product
All products remain the intellectual property of DaveeDeCoder.
This includes:
Source code
Scripts
UI/UX designs
Documentation
Branding elements
Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of intellectual property.
You may not:
Reverse engineer or decompile the product for resale
Remove copyright notices
Redistribute product files
Offer the product as a competing product
Upload it to free download websites
Sell it on marketplaces
Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.
Each purchase includes:
6 months of free technical support
Bug fixes
Installation guidance
Support does not include:
Custom feature development
Server administration unrelated to product functionality
Third-party plugin issues
Extended support (12 months) may be purchased separately.
Extended support includes:
Continued technical assistance
Priority handling
Compatibility updates where applicable
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our Refund Policy.
Downloading or accessing the product may affect refund eligibility.
DDC reserves sole discretion in refund decisions.
Products are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Compatibility with all environments
Error-free operation
Continuous availability
Fitness for a particular purpose
You assume full responsibility for usage.
In no event shall DaveeDeCoder be liable for:
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Data loss
Indirect or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
This license may terminate automatically if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must:
Delete all copies of the product
Cease all usage
Remove deployments if required
DDC reserves the right to:
Verify license authenticity
Investigate piracy claims
Disable access in cases of license abuse
This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with applicable international commercial and intellectual property laws.
DDC reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time.
Continued use of products constitutes acceptance of changes.
