1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of hosting services provided by DaveeDeCoder (DDC).

All users of our hosting services must comply with this policy.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT use our hosting services to engage in, promote, or facilitate any of the following:

2.1 Illegal Activities

Hosting illegal content

Violating any applicable local, national, or international law

Operating fraudulent schemes

Identity theft

Financial scams

2.2 Spam & Email Abuse

Strictly prohibited:

Sending bulk unsolicited emails (spam)

Operating mass email campaigns without authorization

Using purchased email lists

Email spoofing

SMTP abuse

Blacklist evasion

Any spam complaint may result in immediate account suspension.

2.3 Phishing & Fraud

You may not:

Host phishing pages

Imitate banks, payment providers, or government institutions

Collect sensitive data fraudulently

Operate fake login portals

Zero tolerance policy.

Immediate termination without notice.

2.4 Malware & Harmful Content

You may not host:

Malware

Viruses

Trojans

Ransomware

Cryptojackers

Botnet scripts

Exploit kits

Any detected malicious activity will result in immediate suspension.

2.5 Copyright Infringement

You may not:

Distribute pirated software

Host cracked scripts

Share copyrighted material without permission

Resell digital products without proper licensing

We respond to copyright complaints and may disable content upon notice.

2.6 Resource Abuse

Users may not:

Overuse CPU, RAM, or disk resources

Run crypto mining software

Run game servers (unless explicitly permitted)

Use hosting as file storage unrelated to website use

Conduct stress testing or DDoS attacks

Excessive resource usage may lead to suspension.

2.7 Security Violations

You may not:

Attempt unauthorized access to any server

Scan or probe networks

Interfere with other users’ services

Bypass system restrictions

Use the service to attack other systems

2.8 Adult & Restricted Content

Unless explicitly permitted in your hosting package, the following may be restricted or prohibited:

Pornographic content

Escort services

Gambling websites (where illegal)

Weapons sales

Drug-related marketplaces

We reserve the right to determine what content is inappropriate.

3. Abuse Handling Process

If a violation is detected:

Immediate suspension may occur

Investigation will be conducted

You may be required to respond within 24 hours

Services may be permanently terminated

Severe violations may result in termination without notice.

4. No Refund Policy for Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated due to AUP violation:

No refunds will be issued

Data may be deleted permanently

Access may not be restored

5. Responsibility for Your Content

You are fully responsible for:

All content hosted on your account

Actions of your users or clients

Website security

Keeping your scripts updated

Failure to secure your website does not excuse policy violations.

6. Third-Party Infrastructure Compliance

Our hosting services operate on third-party cloud infrastructure.

Users must comply with all upstream infrastructure policies.
If upstream providers flag or suspend our infrastructure due to your actions, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your services.
